Description

Javelin Juice

Javelin Juice is spray-on instant speed for your skis or snowboard. Javelin Juice is a long lasting coating and typically will remain on your ski or snowboard throughout the entire day without the need to re-coat. Javelin Juice provides maximum performance through rapidly changing snow conditions and as such can be used as a go-to product to fix temperature induced incompatibility issues of your existing coating that you may experience from temperature changes while on the hill. In an urgency, Javelin Juice can be applied in cold condition immediately prior to your race run.

Use Javelin Juice under conditions from warm and slushy down to dry cold conditions. Once dry very cold conditions are reached, we recommend the use of Javelin Black Ice.

Apply Javelin Juice to your skis by spraying on followed by wiping with a non-absorbent cloth to assure complete coverage, let the coating dry – usually less than ten minutes, you will see an opaque film on the surface. Buff with a soft brush or a dry cloth.

Javelin Juice is fully compatible with all Javelin Performance Coatings Ski/Snowboard series products.

The white high-fluoro spray is an amazing addition to the Javelin product line. There is absolutely no hassle involved with applying it to the ski, just spray and brush. After every application, I notice that my skis have no trouble gliding on the snow. This product is absolutely amazing to use when the snow is humid and wet. Good job Javelin!

FAQs
Q:
What's the difference between Javelin Vibe and Javelin Diamond?

— Asked on February 15, 2015
A: Javelin Vibe and Diamond each have excellent glide characteristics. Either are applicable for park, pipe, slope-style, skier-cross or alpine race for ski or snowboard. We recommend Javelin Vibe for fresh snow conditions. Javelin Diamond for "dirty" or contaminated snow. Snow can become dirty or contaminated by diesel fumes from snow grooming equipment, contaminants injected by snow guns, the application of salt, fertilizer or other compounds to harder snow.

Q:
What is "Javelin Juice" when and why should I use it?

— Asked on February 23, 2015
A: As a ski passes over snow, it creates a thin layer of water which allows the ski to glide more easily. Javelin Juice allows the ski to perform under a wider range of water content within the snow. During rapidly changing temperature conditions, Juice can be easily applied over your existing coating.

Q:
Can "Javelin Juice" be applied while on the hill?

— Asked on February 23, 2015
A: Yes it may be applied in cold conditions. Always shake the bottle well before application. Javelin Juice can be spread using any non absorbent cloth, such as nylon, leather or even plastic in a pinch.

Q:
What is Javelin Black Ice?

— Asked on February 23, 2015
A: Javelin Black Ice is a coating specifically to be used under cold/dry conditions. In cold/dry conditions, not enough water is available within the crystal structure of the snow to allow good glide. Black Ice reduces friction in this environment and allows the ski to glide more freely.
